Ingredient Guarantee - All of our soaps are handmade and are chemical free. All soaps do NOT contain Parabens, Palm Oil, Petro-Chemicals, SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate), detergents, pesticides, herbicides, stabilisers or preservatives. All of our soaps are biodegradable, sustainable and are NOT tested on animals. 

Craftsmanship - Each batch is handmade, hand poured, hand cut and made with love. To preserve the quality and integrity of our products, only small batches are produced to ensure you are receiving the best product available. ŌSOB REMEDIES+ is passionate about creating a pure and natural product and is conscious about the environment, environmental impact and sustainability of our products and business as a whole.

 Skin Test - As with any new product that you are going to using on your skin, always test a small area first to see if any allergic reactions or breakouts occur. If you have any problems, please discontinue use immediately. *All of our products are for external use only.

Pregnant? - If you are pregnant, please contact your physician before using any of our products - especially products containing essential oils.

Preservatives - We do not use preservatives in our products and we don't need to. So long as you follow directions on how to care for your products, you should not have any problems. We are not responsible for any problems due to misuse of our products and we advise you follow the proper storage and care recommendations of your products.

Storage - To maintain and care for your soap we recommend storing the soap in a dry place or well drained area away from any water such as a soap rack. Please note that coloured soaps may stain, please store accordingly as we accept no responsibility for any damages caused.

For longer lasting soap bars – Do NOT allow bars of soap to sit in water. 

Soap Colour - As all of our soap is handmade, we can't duplicate the exact coloration each time. Climate changes also affect the outcome of soap. Due to your device's display capabilities and the fact that we make small artisan batches, when viewing our website, please be aware that the colour of our products pictured may vary slightly from the actual colour. 

Soap Weight - As all of our soap is handmade and individually hand cut, and while we try to be extremely precise we would like you to please be aware that the weight and size of each bar may vary. Each bar is approximately 80grams.

 Product Claims and Evaluations - We cannot guarantee actual results on any of our products, as everyone and every skin is different. Our soaps are homemade products using all natural ingredients as noted in the Ingredient section under each product sold. All information on herbs, plants, roots and essential oils and any product claims and descriptions are based on research (by external parties, internet research, etc) on all of the ingredients in our products. An important thing to note with handcrafted soap products is that no two batches are the same. All products are hand made in small batches, cut and trimmed so slight variations in size, shape and colour may occur.
